Before Hiring Us

Thank you for considering us for your accessibility project. Before hiring Accessible.org, you should know that we are a small business that succeeds based on efficiency and seamless operations.

We are completely transparent about prices and what clients can expect when working with us to save time and money, not only for us, but for prospective clients. Our time is extremely valuable so we have set out the following policies to ensure we maintain an excellent client relationship from start to finish.

Vendor Enrollment Forms

To maintain efficiency, we do not fill out vendor enrollment forms unless the client pays an additional $500 fee. This helps us focus on delivering high-quality services without administrative delays.

Non-Disclosures

Our policy is to not disclose any client information whatsoever. We are completely fine with signing almost all non-disclosure agreements, so long as the language isn’t overly burdensome.

Consultation

We provide consultation services – including research – separately from any project related-discussion. We provide support for projects, but we charge for information and services beyond support.

For example, we will answer any questions on how to read our audit report as part of our support. For a Zoom call to explain the report to your digital team, we charge a fee.

Payment

For most projects, we require full payment in advance of starting the project unless otherwise agreed upon.

For example, if there are clear divisions of project work, such as two separate audits, we can accept payment for each audit before the start of the first and second audits.
