What came up consistently during projects was the value of having accessibility expertise readily available – and now we’re making that easier than ever with our new monthly subscription service.
Why We Created This Service
Through numerous client engagements last year, we noticed something interesting: our clients consistently needed ongoing accessibility guidance to supplement their teams. Whether reviewing code changes, evaluating vendor products, or implementing accessibility processes, the expertise allowed projects to move forward with tangible progress.
We still like offering a loaded menu of services to choose from, but it led to a disjointed client experience at times.

We’re on retainer for each month and your team just sends us a message when we’re needed.

Not only does the consulting flex into a variety of client needs, but we offer a discounted rate because of the subscription.
We offer four tiers to match different organizational needs, each providing significant savings over our standard hourly rate for technical consulting ($195/hour):
- Entrepreneur ($170/hour): 1 hour/month for small teams needing periodic guidance
- Small Business ($150/hour): 3 hours/month for organizations actively working on accessibility
- Mid-Size Company ($135/hour): 5 hours/month for teams with regular accessibility needs
- Enterprise ($120/hour): 10 hours/month for comprehensive organizational support
Flexible Hour Management
Another feature our clients will love is we offer one month rollovers. This means if you don’t use all of your hours in one month, you can roll them over to the next. Hours restart every two months to ensure balanced availability for all clients.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We will complete any remaining hours during final month.
