We #SupportLA Via Digital Accessibility Services

Last night, I watched the devastation caused by numerous fires continue to unfold in Los Angeles and I thought to myself, “How can I extend support to the people of L.A.?”

The answer is I’m opening up my trade, digital accessibility and compliance, to Los Angeles. Effective today, January 13, 2025, this means residents of the city of Los Angeles have access to the following offers:

  1. 100 hours of consultation with Kris for free – 1 hour per client ($349 hourly rate before offer)
  2. 50% off 100 accessibility audits – 1 per client ($200 – $350 audit price per page before offer)
  3. 90% off WCAG Course ($99 for single license before discount code)
  4. 90% off ADA Compliance Course ($349 for small team license before discount code)

This offer is exclusive to people who live in the city of Los Angeles, and is open to anyone who can provide proof of residence:

  • small businesses
  • brands
  • local governments
  • corporations
  • celebrities

The point is not necessarily to offer a discount, but to make life easier (at least in the aspect of digital accessibility) for those who have been impacted – directly or indirectly by the LA fires.

We know that Southern California has been targeted frequently in website accessibility lawsuits. The services and training named in this contribution can help website owners follow best practices for ADA compliance and prevent further litigation over digital accessibility.

Below are terms and conditions:

First, you must provide proof of residence in the city of Los Angeles to be eligible for this offer. Proof will be accepted in the form of drivers license or government issued ID or utility bill.

Consultation and audit services are available on a first come, first serve basis with an expected max window of 25 clients for each service per month. Audit offer is limited to websites or web apps for up to 15 pages/screens. Consultation and audit offers end January 1, 2026.

Consultation does not constitute legal advice or initiate an attorney-client relationship.

Course sign ups will be processed in the order they are received. Course offer ends January 1, 2026.

The offers named cannot be combined, transferred, licensed, resold, or used in any other form or fashion than as intended for direct use by citizens of the city of Los Angeles. LA clients may elect to take part in all or any of the above services and training.

This offer does not extend to the county of Los Angeles.

To start, send us a message at https://accessible.org/contact and let us know what services and/or training you’re interested in. Allow up to 72 hours for response.

Disclaimer: Accessible.org, LLC reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue any offer at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of the program, or other misconduct.
