New Digital Accessibility and Compliance Book Hits Amazon Bookshelves

I just published my new book, Digital Accessibility and Compliance. With so many organizations trying to be compliant with the European Accessibility Act (EAA), I wanted to publish another book that goes beyond the Americans with Disabilities Act and effectively covers compliance for all accessibility laws and regulations.

Here’s what I want everyone to know: digital accessibility isn’t nearly as complicated as the marketplace makes it seem. But between scans, overlays, and AI, there’s a lot of confusion that’s been added to the marketplace.

That’s why I distilled everything you actually need to know into a quick, practical read. We’re talking about an hour to an hour and a half of your time to understand WCAG, audits, VPATs, and all the other essentials. No fluff, no academic theoryjust the straightforward approaches that work for 85% of the accessibility projects we handle.

The book covers everything from basic scans and user testing to remediation strategies and accessibility policies. I’ve included two real client scenarios that walk through the exact steps most organizations need to take. There’s even a section on how AI can actually help.

What I like about this book is that it works for everyone—whether you’re a developer, compliance officer, or someone who’s never heard of accessibility before. It’s also applicable to any regulation, from ADA requirements to the European Accessibility Act. While my ADA Book focuses specifically on ADA compliance, this one takes a broader approach to accessibility and compliance across different laws and regulations.

When you’re new to some industries, it really helps if someone can give you context for all of the key concepts in play and that’s what I’ve done with Digital Accessibility and Compliance, available on Amazon in paperback, Kindle ebook, and Audible audiobook.
