We offer VPAT documentation services for organizations who want to document their product or service’s accessibility with a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) and create an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR).
Here is our process for filling in and completing a VPAT:
- We establish the VPAT edition that is best for your needs
- We gather all relevant information for your product or service
- We recommend a scope for the audit
- We audit your digital asset
- We use the audit results to complete the accessibility table in the VPAT
- We fill in the details section of the VPAT
- We issue you an ACR
Also, the client has the option to receive the audit first, remediate issues, and then have us re-audit the digital asset.
This additional service effectively pauses our process so that the client can reduce or eliminate the accessibility issues originally reported before the ACR is issued.
Our VPAT service costs $550 (WCAG edition) + the cost of the audit.

We use the WCAG edition as our baseline cost and then these editions typically add $150-$450 more to the cost because of the additional criteria involved in the respective technical standards.
