Accessible.org, LLC is a U.S. based digital accessibility company that puts clients first. Founded by Kris Rivenburgh, an attorney and author of The ADA Book and Digital Accessibility and Compliance, Accessible.org provides audits, VPATs, PDF remediation, training, and accessibility products.
We help clients make their digital assets WCAG conformant and compliant while building internal accessibility knowledge.
Our Approach
We take a contrarian approach to sales and marketing. Instead of email campaigns, sales calls, long-term contracts, and outreach, we focus on:
- Education and free resources
- À la carte services
- Complete transparency
- Saving clients time
This client-first model prioritizes sustainable growth and reliable service over short-term profits.
Our Team
Our accessibility specialists combine legal, technical, and practical expertise. Kris Rivenburgh has studied accessibility and compliance for years to ensure clients receive accurate, actionable information. Our auditors are nearly all certified DHS Trusted Testers.
Note: The DHS Trusted Tester certification process is rigorous and often takes 1 to 3 months to complete. Participants work through an estimated 40 to 80 hours of training, incremental exams, a practice exam, and a final certification exam requiring a score of 85% or higher. The mandatory window for completing the full program is 6 months (180 days).
Innovating with AI
At Accessible.org Labs, we are pioneering the use of real AI in accessibility. We are the first company to develop AI generated VPATs built from real (fully manual) audits, not automated scans. Inside Accessibility Tracker, AI powers progress reports, project insights, and an AI Consultant that helps teams understand and resolve accessibility issues in real time. We use AI to make accessibility faster and more efficient without replacing the manual expertise that accurate conformance requires.
We are researching and developing to advance AI hyrbid accessibility audits by 2027.
Our Products
Accessibility Tracker is our project platform built for teams that need to track, manage, and resolve accessibility issues across audits and projects.
Accessibility Base is our directory marketplace connecting organizations with accessibility professionals, products, and services.
