Client Email Responses To Accessible.org Services

We’re a straightforward company: We delivery high quality accessibility services at competitive prices with quick turnarounds.

In terms of reviews, we never:

  • ask clients for testimonials
  • post client logos on our website
  • give our clients out as references

However, we can show you what some of our clients say after receiving services and deliverables. Here are a few email screenshots we’ve collected:

Client email: Dear Jon,
We're thrilled with these results, thank you for getting them to us so quickly.
There's a chance we will be asked to deliver another remediated version of this report if there are updates today.
Email message: Thanks again for all of your help. I think a Zoom call would be great. Do you have any time over the next few days?
Email message: Thanks so much, Kris. We'll dig into this and get back to you with our next steps and any questions we might have!
Email Message: Great, thanks for sharing, Kris! Looks like we have a few things to resolve - insert Smiley Face characters -
I'll liaise with our tech team to address. I will keep you posted once we've managed to fix.
Best,
email message: Thanks for all of your help. Now I can focus on the low hanging fruit remediation.

Of course, reviews would be helpful to us, but we don’t see how that benefits our clients so we don’t solicit feedback or testimonials. We take a hard client-first approach to business and that we always put the client’s best interests first.

This approach is already working for us. We’re getting the best type of reviews possible: referrals.

And not just referrals from past clients. We’re getting referrals from attorneys and other accessibility professionals.

Other digital accessibility companies will always have more logos on their website, but we want to be the company that you’d tell your friends and family about because you genuinely want them to have the best experience and get the best value possible.

Here are 3 key qualities you can expect when you choose Accessible.org as your service provider:

  • Transparency (evident by the fact we have our prices openly listed)
  • Honesty (example: if a client uses a platform that doesn’t allow code access, we tell them we won’t be able to make their website fully WCAG 2.1 AA conformant)
  • Quickness (not just in turnaround time, but communications; we move fast to get your project started and completed)

Summary

The reason our clients are clients and not customers is because our relationship isn’t merely transactional – we truly look out for our clients’ best interests and that includes protecting their identity and not asking them to feel out surveys or give us a testimonial.

We simply think this is the best way to operate.
