I really enjoyed speaking at the Texas Association of Counties 2025 Technology Conference last week. I presented on three different sections, all designed to help member counties understand compliance with the new ADA Title II Web Rule.
In the past, I’ve spoken on ADA website compliance at multiple events including industry conferences and government seminars. The COVID era curtailed many events, so my speaking in recent years has been mostly limited to virtual conferences and webinars—but I’d love to return to live, in-person engagements in addition to virtual events.
Thus, I’m officially announcing that I’m available for speaking engagements at conferences, workshops, and events throughout the year.
What I can help your audience understand:
- ADA compliance for digital assets
- European Accessibility Act (EAA) compliance
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- VPATs and ACRs
My presentations are designed to be:
- informative – plain English information
- practical – attendees can take immediate action
- interesting – as much as compliance can be
- entertaining – TikTok scrolling is down 28% when I speak
Why hire me:
- Attorney
- Founder, Accessible.org
- Author of The ADA Book
- Author of Digital Accessibility and Compliance
- Host The ADA Book YouTube channel
- Host European Accessibility Act YouTube channel
- Creator of WCAG Course (and other WCAG resources)

Note: I never recommend or advise using any overlays, overlay widgets, or any “solutions” that claim instant WCAG conformance or compliance. However, I do advocate for the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to make accessibility and compliance more efficient.
If you’re looking for a speaker who can break down complex laws and standards into clear, understandable guidance—and keep your audience engaged the entire time—I’m available for keynotes, workshops, panel participation, and more.
I’m happy to tailor my presentation to your audience, whether you’re serving:
- County and municipal governments
- Higher education institutions
- Private sector technology teams
- Accessibility coordinators
- Legal and compliance professionals
