    Key Takeaways

In this 5 client sample, all clients had web assets they wanted to make accessible, but we take on all types of digital assets including software, mobile apps, and documents.

Also, the majority of our clients are based in the United States, but we serve clients from all over the world. This client sample included two international clients.

As for pricing, what’s interesting is this sample of clients all had WCAG audits that cost less than $1,000. The reason why: the digital assets didn’t take us very long to get through.

Only two of the clients opted for VPAT services with each selecting different editions of the VPAT. This is on the low side of a random sample; most clients order VPAT services along with an audit.

We don’t ask for the reason clients need help with accessibility, but usually the reasoning is one or more of the following reasons:

    • ADA compliance
    • Procurement request
    • Section 508 compliance
    • EAA compliance
    • Avoid a lawsuit
