Client Process

90% of our clients start with an audit. Here’s the flow:
  1. Client Provides Project Details

You share access to your digital asset (URLs, login credentials, test accounts) and let us know your timeline, WCAG version preference, and any other project requirements.

  2. We Scope and Quote

We define the audit scope and provide a quote within 24 hours. WCAG 2.1 AA is the default standard. We can adjust scope, pages, or WCAG version based on your needs.

  3. Agreement and Payment

We send the services agreement reflecting the agreed scope. If you need adjustments, we update and resend. Once signed and payment is received, the project is confirmed.

  4. Audit Is Conducted

We perform a comprehensive manual audit of your digital asset, identifying every accessibility barrier and its impact on users with disabilities. Standard turnaround is two weeks. Expedited delivery is available in one.

  5. Audit Report Is Delivered

You receive a detailed report documenting each issue, its WCAG success criterion, severity level, and clear remediation guidance your team can act on immediately.

  6. Upload to Accessibility Tracker

Your audit report is uploaded to Accessibility Tracker, where your team can assign issues, track progress, get AI remediation assistance, and manage the entire remediation process in one place.

  7. Your Team Makes Fixes

Your developers remediate the identified issues using the guidance in the report. We are available throughout the process to answer questions and clarify requirements.

  8. We Validate the Fixes

Once your team completes remediation, we re-test every reported issue to confirm each fix meets WCAG 2.1 AA and functions correctly with assistive technologies.

  9. Fix and Validation Cycle Continues

Steps 7 and 8 repeat as needed until the digital asset meets WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, or until you accept the current conformance status.

    Iterative until conformance
  10. Documentation Is Issued

Upon reaching conformance, we deliver your formal documentation package: VPAT, Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), certification, conformance recording, and any additional documentation required.

    Process complete
  11. Start Your Project

Ready to get started? Send us your project details and we’ll have a scope and quote back to you within 24 hours.
