The Accessible.org Report is a digital accessibility report available for clients with fewer than 5 individual accessibility issues on their digital asset.
This report documents against all success criteria for any WCAG technical standard (level AA):
- WCAG 2.0 AA
- WCAG 2.1 AA
- WCAG 2.2 AA
A table similar to the accessibility table used in a VPAT is used to account for whether the digital asset meets the success criteria.
The report also contains all of the following information:
- Date of Issuanc
- Digital Asset Name
- Evaluation Methodologies
- Evaluation Environments
- Scope

As shown in the image, the first page of the report includes the following (we have removed headings):

The Accessible.org Report is available to clients at no charge contingent upon their digital asset having 5 or fewer than total issues unresolved.
Reminder: The presence of one or a few technical accessibility issues does not mean a digital asset is inaccessible, it just means that one or a few instances of technical non-conformance exist.
