Volume Pricing on Web Accessibility Training For Groups

We’ve consulted with many state and local governments of all sizes on ADA Title II compliance and web accessibility. A common question that comes up centers around WCAG training: what’s the best way to train our staff on web accessibility?

Another FAQ is do you offer bulk rates for large organizations?

We have the answer to both questions.

First, we always recommend our WCAG Course, but what only a few of our clients know is that we are also releasing two new training programs this March:

  • How To Make Web Content Accessible
  • How To Build an Accessibility Program (Digital)

All three are standalone courses that complement each other really well, especially for public entities covered by the new ADA Title II Web Rule and other large organizations.

Group Pricing

We’ll talk more about the courses in a moment, but here’s the volume pricing for the WCAG Course:

  • 20 licenses: $1,499
  • 50 licenses: $3,299

A single license is $99.

And you can also purchase 3,5, and 10 licenses.

Benefits

What’s especially nice about our training programs is they’re all one-time fees (for life) and that includes any future updates to the course. So there’s no annual subscription, which is quite common for digital education, and students will always be able to reference the material.

Another big benefit that administrators love is once a group purchase is made, then the administrator can assign licenses all at once or over time.

Illustration:

School district administrator purchases 50 licenses of the WCAG Course. The administrator can immediately assign 30 licenses to teachers and staff set for training. The remaining licenses can be assigned as the admin decides who to assign them to.

Additionally, all training is on-demand which means once you purchase, your students will have access and be able to start learning immediately.

Courses

So what will students learn from our course?

WCAG Course

Our WCAG Course trains your staff on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) for versions 2.0 AA, 2.1 AA, and 2.2 AA. A lesson is dedicated to each and every success criterion and explains the requirement in plain English so that even beginners and non-technical people can understand what each requirement means.

All lessons include a video and text explanation.

How to Create Accessible Web Content

This course is a step-by-step instruction manual on how to create WCAG 2.1 AA conformant web content. The course explains web accessibility for:

  • images
  • text
  • video
  • audio
  • Word documents
  • PowerPoints

Here students will learn how to make web content accessible with easy, step-by-step lessons to guide them.

Single license: $49

How to Build an Accessibility Program

Our other course set to be released in March 2025 is, How to Build an Accessibility Program. Here coordinators, leaders, and managers will learn how to set their organization up for accessibility success and meet compliance objectives.

If you’re unsure of how to start with digital accessibility, you’re not alone. Most of our clients are doing their best, but they often ask for our help with how to get started and organized. This training has our very best advice and consulting baked into every lesson.

Single license: $199

We’ll update this page with group pricing once we officially release our new training to the public.

Summary

We talk a lot about public entities covered by ADA Title II, but our training can help individuals and organizations of all types and sizes: corporate, mid-size companies, and small businesses.

If you’d like a custom quote for over 50 licenses, send us a message and we’ll reply ASAP with more information on discounted rates.
