If you’re unable to gather public information on accessibility and compliance platforms, join the club. It seems like every company you research has no pricing, no videos, and only light information on their platforms. We just checked for our 2026 comparison research, here are the demo results:
- TPGI – Schedule a Demo
- Deque – Request a Demo
- Level Access – Request a Demo
- AudioEye – Schedule Demo
Most of the messaging is marketing speak vs. tangible, here’s exactly what our platform does.
But we’d like specifics because we know Accessibility Tracker can best any platform in 1-on-1 breakdown; Tracker isn’t just the pound for pound best, or the best in the market, it’s the only logical choice for managing accessibility projects because it’s the only audit-based platform. And beyond that fundamental difference, the features and AI integration are easy to use and all designed to align with WCAG conformance and compliance documentation needs.
We’re continually posting videos of super rich features on the Accessibility Tracker YouTube channel.
| Platform | Publicly Available Information |

Why the Sales Demos?
The demo-first approach has become standard in enterprise software. Vendors want to qualify leads, customize pricing based on organization size, and control the narrative around their product.
But this creates real problems for procurement teams, project managers, and compliance officers who need to evaluate options quickly. You can’t compare platforms when you don’t know what they cost or how they work.
This is why we built the Tracker platform with full transparency from day one. Every feature is documented. Every price is listed. You can sign up for a free plan and test the dashboard, workflow tools, and AI features before spending anything.
Scan-Based Platforms
Here’s where the comparison gets interesting. Most accessibility software in the market is scan-based. The platform runs automated scans, flags issues, and gives you a score.
The problem: scans only reliably flag about 13% of WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria. They partially detect another 45%. And they miss 42% entirely.
So when a scan-based platform shows you a “95% compliance score,” that score is based on incomplete data. You could fix every flagged issue and still have dozens of accessibility barriers on your site.
Accessibility Tracker is audit-based. You upload your complete accessibility audit report—the one created by a technical expert using screen reader testing, keyboard testing, and code inspection—and track those issues to completion. Your progress reflects actual WCAG conformance, not a scan score.

How Does This Compare to Enterprise Pricing?
We can’t give you exact comparisons because, as noted, other platforms don’t publish pricing. But based on industry knowledge, enterprise accessibility platforms may start at $3,500/year for basic tiers (if available) and $15,000+ annually for service package subscriptions.
Tracker delivers audit-based tracking, AI tools, AI-generated VPATs, and compliance documentation starting at $19/month.
FAQ
Can I use Tracker with an audit from another company?
Yes. The platform works with any audit report in Excel spreadsheet format. You map the columns during upload, and Tracker extracts all issue data automatically.
How will automated scanning work?
Scanning and monitoring features are coming in February 2026, but they’ll function separately from the audit-based tracking progress. Tracker is audit-based at its foundation because that’s what’s necessary for full WCAG conformance. We received such strong demand for an automated scan that we’re adding scanning and monitoring as a feature.
How long does setup take?
Most users are up and running in 10-15 minutes. Upload your audit, map the columns, and start assigning issues.
Can multiple team members work simultaneously?
Yes. Designers, developers, and content editors can all work on their respective issues. Invite team members and assign issues and your project will be completed much sooner.
