The best accessibility platform is getting even better. We’re adding scanning, monitoring, and alerts to Accessibility Tracker in January 2026.
The foundation Accessibility Tracker will always be that it’s an audit-based platform that enables you to track full WCAG conformance (vs. just issues flagged by automation). This is in stark contrast to almost every other platform in the market that is scan-based.
Scans are extremely limited and inconclusive — they only reliably flag 13% of WCAG 2.2 AA issues and partially flag 45% of issues — but many clients are asking for an automated scan so we’re adding one to the platform.
Once the scan is in place, you will be able to:
- monitor web pages for new accessibility issues
- get alerts inside your dashboard
The monitoring feature runs on a schedule you control. Daily, weekly, monthly—whatever makes sense for your site. When the scan detects new issues, you get notified.
The scan will be yet another feature amongst many others. Nothing is being replaced or changed, we’re just adding yet another tool for Accessibility Tracker customers to have in their arsenal.
Since Accessibility Tracker was released in March of 2025, we’ve been on a tear in adding features.
