We’re a U.S. Based Digital Accessibility Company That Prioritizes Client Privacy

On Tuesday, a client emailed us:

Thanks for reaching out and the quick reply! A couple questions first.

Are you able to sign an NDA?
Do you have U.S. based resources which can perform remediation?

These are unfortunately both requirements I have on my side when requesting bids.

The answers were yes and yes.

Working with a digital accessibility company that is based in the U.S. is a stipulation for some clients and the good news is we’re that company.

Accessible.org, LLC is registered in the great state of Texas and the founder (me) is an attorney licensed in Texas. We also have contractors who are based in the United States so if your accessibility work (including PDF remediation) must be completed in the U.S., we can help.

We also source out work to super high quality contractors in India, Italy, Spain, and sometimes other countries.

Client Privacy

As far as privacy, we disclose no client information. Zero.

Go through our website, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. You won’t find a single client name and that’s because we think our clients should be afforded the highest possible privacy. Clients don’t come to us to be a logo on our website, they come to us for help with accessibility and compliance.

We never solicit quotes, testimonials, reviews, references, case studies, or anything else from clients. If you want to provide one for us, we’d appreciate it, but we’ll never ask.

Sometimes prospective clients will ask us for a list of client references. No sale. We don’t have them and we wouldn’t give them out even if we did.

It doesn’t matter if there’s a million dollar government contract on the line and that governmental entity says we need a list of 5 client references. It’s not happening.

Additionally, all of our contractors are contractually bound to maintain the same level of confidentiality. They can’t use their client work here for any portfolios. They can’t reach out to clients outside of Accessible.org communications and ask for anything.

The only connections you will find here are where we’ve been cited to or are relationship is public knowledge or similarly promoted.

On MNDAs, we have our own standard MNDA. Client’s sometimes prefer to use their own and we are amenable to standard terms, but we will not agree to any terms that create unnecessary risk on our part.

We’re providing accessibility services. We don’t need any access to your data, just your digital assets.

Conclusion

Are we based in the U.S.?
